TheNewMakers is a unique architecture studio that not only designs, but also details and produces. This integration allows us, as a scale-up, to achieve disruptive innovations. For example, with NoWa Kitchen we created the most circular kitchen in the Netherlands, and our relocatable homes have won numerous awards, such as SoYouThinkYouCanBUILD. All our housing products are made from biobased materials, are fully demountable, and digitally produced.

We have room in our team for two enthusiastic and independent students in Architecture or Construction Engineering.

For Architecture, we are looking for someone who excels in design and visualization skills. Interest in web design, product design, and experience with Rhino is a plus.

For Construction Engineering, we are looking for someone who is skilled with Rhino and passionate about product development or process optimization. Interest in scripting, timber construction, and building installations is a plus.

At TheNewMakers, you won’t spend five days a week behind a computer. Instead, you’ll have a wide variety of tasks for projects ranging from Chair to City, directly in or next to our 5,000 m² workshop!
