Internship Architecture

HeikoHulsker & Partners is looking for an architecture intern from a university.

We are an architecture firm located in the center of Haarlem (De Bolwerken) with a portfolio full of diverse projects. For example, the offices of the Brinkman Complex on the Grote Markt in Haarlem are being transformed and expanded into 100 homes. Perhaps you’ve visited our beach pavilion Republiek Bloemendaal in the summer or are familiar with one of our luxury villas in the area. In Alkmaar, we are working on repurposing the former V&D building by transforming it into 100 apartments. Take a look at our website to explore the variety of our completed and ongoing projects.

Our team of approximately 25 employees works on a wide range of projects that you may have the opportunity to contribute to—sometimes as part of a larger team, and sometimes directly alongside an architect or project manager. Depending on your goals, we will involve you in different phases of a project. We also have various projects currently under construction, and even if you are not directly involved in one, we will arrange a site visit so you can experience the practical aspects of construction.
In addition to a broad range of projects, we offer an inspiring workplace in De Bolwerken, a warm and welcoming team, and, of course, a paid internship.

We work with Archicad as our 3D software—experience with this program is a plus, But we have seen that experience with other 3D-modeling software is easily transferable. We also use Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator for our presentations.
