In this case study, you will be stimulated to come with creative (sub)solutions for one of the major challenges of this time: the housing of refugees and immigrants. By zooming in to the municipality of the Hoekse Waard (home of RoosRos Architecten), with its characteristic topography, architecture and demography, the students are forced to imagine ways to develop qualitative and permanent housing for immigrants, in a typical Dutch polder landscape. The casus is centered around the topics of flexibility, integration, short construction time and preservation of the local identity. In deze casus wordt je geprikkeld met creatieve (deel)oplossingen te komen voor één van de grote uitdagingen van deze tijd: de huisvesting van vluchtelingen en immigranten. Door in te zoomen op de gemeente Hoekse Waard (thuis van RoosRos Architecten), met haar karakteristieke topografie, architectuur en demografie worden de studenten gedwongen na de denken over de realisatie van kwalitatieve and permanente huisvesting voor immigranten binnen een typisch Nederlands polderlandschap.
