We are saving some money for the teachers and good equipment, so if you like the yoga and want to continue you can donate every lesson in our donation box. 

Information

Last year a couple of students initiated a place where you can relax in between the stressful times at the faculty. TU Delft is known as a stressful university. A (little) stress before a deadline is normal, but chronic stress is different. It builds up slowly over time and creates health problems such as RSI. BK City, a city within a building, with a model hall, library and an espresso bar. But there isn’t a place where you can relax. So we initiated a place where you can come to yourself at first by doing Yoga.  

Our goal is not just yoga lessons. We see a broader problem at the TU Delft, specifically Architecture and the Build Environment. There is no space for relaxation and reflection. We need a culture change. Relaxation as a part of the (design) process instead of something you do in your free time. Our main goal is the realization of a relax room, a space that is entirely intended to relax. A place where you can meditate, yoga on your own, read books and flyers about relaxation and RSI and join yoga sessions 3-5 times a day on a fixed time.
