Who will be the next Future Maker? | FREE LUNCH
In de vijfde, en daarmee laatste lunchlezing van de Future Makers Award-serie nodigen wij Jelle Feringa uit. Jelle Feringa is de CTO van Aectual, Aectual houdt zich bezig met het proces van ontwerpen tot produceren (van o.a. vloeren (Schiphol, BMW Welt), gevelpanelen en monumentale trappen) door middel van 3D printers. Hierin ontwikkelen zij hun eigen software, printers en materialen met als doel om gepersonaliseerde en betaalbare bouwproducten te maken.
In dit lustrumjaar zullen wij een aantal sprekers uitnodigen om in de Oostserre te praten over hun visie op de toekomst van de gebouwde wereld. Dit zijn architecten, ontwerpers en uitvinders die op dit moment bezig zijn de wereld om ons heen innovatiever en duurzamer te maken. Zij zijn degenen die onze toekomst zullen maken; de Future Makers van deze generatie!
Aan het eind van het jaar zal er een winnaar worden gekozen door jullie, de studenten en docenten van BKCity. Wie wordt dé Future Maker van het lustrumjaar?

In the fifth, and last, lunch lecture of the Future Makers Award-series we will invite Jelle Feringa. Jelle Feringa is the CTO of Aectual, Aectual is focused on creating floors (Schiphol, BMW Welt), façade panels and monumental stairs, from design to construction with 3D-printers. They develop their own software, printers and materials to create customizable and affordable building products.
In this lustrum year, we will invite several speakers to the faculty's Orange Hall to talk about their vision on the future of the architectural world. These architects, designers and inventors are working to make the world around us more innovative and sustainable. They are the ones who will design our future; the Future Makers of this generation!
At the end of the year a winner will be chosen by you, the students and teachers of BKCity. Who will be the Future Maker of this lustrum year?
